- Barcelona are interested in Real Madrid's Isco Alcaron
- The Catalans want the midfielder to replace Andres Iniesta
- Isco's contract at the Santiago Bernabeu expires in 2018
According to reports in the Spanish press,
Barcelona are already planning for life without the legendary Iniesta in
their midfield.
Isco has been at the Bernabeu since 2013,
having joined from fellow La Liga side Malaga but has struggled to
impress in his three years with Los Blancos.
The Spanish international appears set to the leave the club in the
summer as talks over his contract which expires in 2018 continue to
stall.
Whilst Isco is open to signing a new deal at the Bernabeu, Madrid have
yet to offer the Spain international an extension, which has led
Barcelona to take an interest in him.
